Aminoethylenepiperazine (AEP-HP) by Huntsman is a high purity curing agent for epoxy resins. It also functions as a corrosion inhibitor and mineral processing aid. It is clear, colorless, cyclic, single component grade with ammonia-like odor. It is used to produce thermoplastic polyamide resins for hot-melt adhesives. Aminoethylenepiperazine (AEP-HP) is recommended for sealants.
