Omnirad 1316

Omnirad 1316 by IGM Resins is a new, high sensitive oxime ester photoinitiator for photoresists in electronic applications.

It shows better reactivity in comparison with the existing oxime esters in the market.
It is generally used for negative photoresist, but can be used alone or in combination with other photoinitiators suitable for 365nm photoresists.
Omnirad 1316 is designed for adhesive applications such as electronics.
Its recommended dosage level is 0.1-10.0%.
It has a shelf life of 24 months.
