Omnirad 991 by IGM Resins is a Type II Photoinitiator that can be easily used in corporations with classic Amine Synergists or Amine Acrylates in and clear systems.

It exhibits faster cure and absorption at longer wavelengths than benzophenone therefore it can be recommended as a Performance PI.
It can be used as an alternative to Omnirad 4PBZ and Omnirad BMS to improve operational efficiency.
It is easy to handle and helps solvability of other Photoinitiators in formulation and PI Blends.
Its performance can be significantly improved when used in conjunction with tertiary amine synergists like Omnipol ASA, Esacure A 198 or Photomer 4250.
Its recommended dosage level is 1-5% by weight of formulation.
Omnirad 991 is designed for use in adhesive applications such as graphic arts.
It has a shelf life of 24 months.
