WestRez® 5101 by Ingevity is pentaerythritol ester resin. It is present in a consistent bead, low-dust pastille form. It provides wet out, and improved flow ability, better overall tack and adhesion as compared to other hydrocarbon resins. WestRez® 5101 is used as a tackifier in sealing, hot melt and pressure sensitive adhesive tapes and labels.
