Bismuth carboxylate. It acts as catalyst. It is clear straw colored liquid that Can be used in ambient, force dry and bake systems. It provides excellent gloss retention, excellent exterior durability, good catalysis of secondary hydroxyls. It can provide similar properties to standard tin catalysts without the environmental drawbacks. It has applications in sealants.
