Benefos® 1626 Phosphite Stabilizer

Bis (2, 4-di-tert-butylphenyl) pentaerythritol diphosphite. Acts as an antioxidant. It shows synergism when used with light stabilizers such as benzophenones and benzotriazoles. It shows improvement of long-term stability and maintenance of original melt flow. It prevents discoloration and protects polymers from chain scission and crosslinking. It is useful in polyolefin and olefin copolymers such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyesters as well as engineering thermoplastics, PVC, elastomers and adhesives. Used in combination with UV absorbers and light stabilizers to provide enhanced performance. Complies with 21 CFR 178.2010 regulation.
