Silquest™ A-178 by Momentive Performance Materials is a 100% active methacrylamido functional silane. Acts as a coupling agent, adhesion promoter and moisture-activated crosslinking agent. Contains no flammable or combustible solvent. Compatible with unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester, acrylic, polybutylene and polyolefins. Offers low VOC emissions, hygrothermal aging properties and improves strand integrity. Silquest™ A-178 is designed for sealants and adhesives.
