Modified, dimerized (polymerized) rosin. Acts as a tackifier. It is a unique non-crystallizing monomeric rosin product. Contributes a unique combination of high softening point (heat resistance) and low molecular weight (melt and solution viscosity). Its high acid functionality contributes enhanced adhesion.
