PANGEL® RMA 400

PANGEL® RMA 400 by Tolsa is a high performance liquid rheology modifying admixture. Due to its particular & unique structure, it is suitable for shotcrete/sprayed concrete applications.

It is safer and healthier as it reduces dust generation and silica fume/microsilica.
It enhances sprayability and increases thickness build-up in a single pass.
It increases very early strength maximizing SCM content, and also increases mix design robustness allowing some moisture and aggregates grading tolerances.
It shows compatibility with the most concrete admixtures used in shotcrete (such as MR, HRWR, set retarders, alkali-free accelerators, AEA) and additions (such as SCM, fibers).
PANGEL® RMA 400 is used in temporary and permanent rock support in underground construction, slope stabilization and grouting applications.
The recommended dosage level is 0.4-1.5% based on weight of cement.
It has a shelf life of 9 months.
