Mergal® V515K4

Mergal® V515K4 by Troy Corporation (Arxada) is an in-can preservative, bactericide and fungicide for inside applications in aqueous, alkaline and casein systems such as adhesives and sealants. It is a blend of benzoisothiazolinone lithium salt and sodium-2-mercaptopyridin-N-oxide. It is free from formaldehyde and VOC. It provides wide, balanced action spectrum. It offers compatibility with aqueous polymer emulsions such as pure acrylic, styrene acrylic, polyvinyl acetate and copolymers, vinyl acetate-ethylene pressure polymers, casein, starch and starch derivatives. Mergal® V515K4 has a recommended dosage level of 0.1-0.4%.
