Surfactol® 318 by aurorium is a non-ionic surfactant based on the addition of ethylene oxide to the hydroxyl groups in castor oil. Acts as a non-ionic surfactant, defoamer, wetting and anti-static agent. Used in adhesive applications. Shows dispersibility or complete solubility of the product. It is ideal for low-foaming oil/ water emulsions. Surfactol® 318 utilizes the properties of castor oil such as lubricity, penetration, pigment wetting and dye enhancement in water-based systems. Shows compatibility with urethane intermediate, polymers, polyester and acrylic resin.
