VINNEX® 2525 by Wacker is vinyl acetate used as a tackifier. Exhibits enhanced flexibility, higher mechanical toughness & optimized crystallinity, and enables film blowing with PHB. It does not show a reduction in hardness or modulus and enables improved stiffness without affecting biodegradability. It has increased melt strength, improved processability, reduced noise of PLA films, maintained transparency, good performance in film sealing, and improved adhesion to paper. VINNEX® 2525 is suitable for hot-melt adhesives and adhesives for packaging (boxes, bags, foams), construction, consumer goods, medical applications, and non-woven fabric.
