BondLynx BXW-202 by XLynX Materials is a non-hazardous, non-toxic, PFAS free, crosslinking agent. It is designed to bond adhesion-resistant polymers, enhance material strength, prevent degradation through molecular stabilization, and add functionality by making surfaces receptive to adhesives.

• It uses bis-diazirine technology to generate covalent bonds between polymer chains, permanently crosslinking them through strong carbon-carbon bonding, unlike other polymers that rely on mechanical forces to hold them together.
• It is designed for interfacial adhesive for composites.
• It is safer for the environment, more stable for storage, and more efficient to produce.
• BondLynx BXW-202 exhibits 70% to 124% stronger adhesion for polypropylene (PP), 84% to 316% stronger adhesion for polyvinyl chloride (PVC) rubber and 100% to 200+% stronger adhesion for high density polyethylene (HDPE).
• It bonds with adjacent polymer chains upon activation adding strength and stability.
