CO₂nverge® Polyol CPX-2520-56

CO₂nverge® Polyol CPX-2520-56 by Aether Industries is an innovative, high performance, high-viscosity polyol for a variety of polyurethane systems. It is an amorphous, block co-polymer comprised of a perfectly repeating aliphatic polycarbonate structures built off of a polyether diol. It is produced from propylene oxide and carbon dioxide. Carbon dioxide accounts for approximately 20% of the polyol mass.

• It can improve hydrolytic stability, mechanical strength and toughness.
• It shows excellent compatibility with polyester, polycarbonate and polyether polyols.
• It is also compatible with isocyanates, chain extenders, surfactants and catalysts used in standard polyurethane systems.
