SP-8855 Resin (Old name: AKROCHEM® P-40) by Akrochem is a tackifier. It is an unmodified phenol-formaldehyde two-step resin with hexa. It is used as a hardening and a reinforcing agent for nitrile, nitrile-SBR blends, hypalon and polybutadiene polymers. It has medium flow, cure and setting properties. It is lighter in color than P-87 Resin.
