Oppanol® B 10 N

Oppanol® B 10 N by BASF is a stabilized, medium molecular weight, medium viscosity polyisobutene homopolymer. The non-polar characteristics lead to chemical inertness and resistance to oxidative attack. Is resistant to aqueous acids and alkaline solutions. Offers corrosion protection and excellent tack both on smooth surfaces like glass, plastic material or polished metal and on porous surfaces like corroded metal. Oppanol® B 10 N is used in pressure-sensitive adhesives, hot-melt adhesives for automotive and oil, insulating glass sealants.
