Desmocoll® XP 2597

Desmocoll® XP 2597 by Covestro is predominantly linear hydroxyl polyurethane. Used in the formulation of adhesives for use on various materials like leather, rubber, textiles, wood, many plastics including PU elastomers, plastic films and aluminum foils. Desmocoll® XP 2597 offers benefits such as a high crystallization rate, low thermoplasticity, good adhesion to PVC substrates and high resistance to the most commonly used PVC plasticizers.
