Viton™ GBL-205LF by Chemours is peroxide curable terpolymer of vinylidene fluoride, hexafluoropropylene and tetrafluoroethylene. It provides high resistance to acids, steam, and water without the need to use lead oxide. It contains a proprietary acid acceptor system. The use of metal oxides is not required or recommended when formulating compounds. Viton™ GBL-205LF forms a strong bond that can flex without failure after repeated temperature cycling and vibration in adhesives applications.
