EPON™ Resin 863 by Westlake Epoxy is a low viscosity, undiluted, difunctional epoxy resin produced from bisphenol-F and epichlorohydrin. It provides good resistance to crystallization. When crosslinked or hardened with appropriate curing agents, very good mechanical, adhesive, chemical and electrical properties are obtained. EPON™ Resin 863 can react with a full range of epoxy curatives for use in construction, electrical and aerospace adhesives. It has a shelf life of 5 years.
