Phenoxy PK™ HP-80

Phenoxy PK™ HP-80 by Huntsman is a tough, ductile, amorphous, low viscosity phenoxy (poly hydroxyl ethers) resin. It offers excellent thermal stability, adhesive strength, and vapor barrier properties. It can be crosslinked by reacting its hydroxyl functional groups with isocyanates, melamine resins, or phenolic resins. Crosslinked phenoxy resins provide excellent chemical resistance and hardness. It shows adhesion on many substrates including steel, aluminum, glass, carbon fiber, nylon, and polyester. It is suitable for adhesives and sealants. The shelf life of Phenoxy PK™ HP-80 is 10 years.
