KURARAY L-SBR-820

KURARAY L-SBR-820 by Kuraray is styrene-butadiene rubber random copolymer. It can function as a reactive plasticizer but have far higher molecular weight than normal plasticizer. It shows good compatibility with S-SBR and E-SBR. It is co-vulcanizable and reduces migration significantly which improves the product’s shelf life. During the rubber compounding phase, it significantly reduces processing time while maintaining the rubber compounds’ physical properties. It results in a product with lower processing costs. It is colorless, transparent and odorless without halogen residuals. Improves tack and adhesive properties in a wide range of temperatures. KURARAY L-SBR-820 is commonly used in automotive sealants and adhesives.
