Pearlbond™ 700 EXP

Pearlbond™ 700 EXP by Lubrizol is a linear, polyester-based polyurethane (TPU). It possesses an ultra-fast crystallization rate with an ultra-high thermoplasticity level. It can also be combined with more rigid resins or reactive systems to increase the flexibility and elastomeric behavior (compounds) decreasing their Tg. It is suitable for use in extrusion and powder applications. It provides a high-speed process at low viscosity, high bonding strength and superb chemical resistance. Pearlbond™ 700 EXP is used in hot-melt adhesives, automotive interior parts, textiles and footwear.
