Rovene® 5550

Rovene® 5550 by Mallard Creek Polymers is a self-crosslinking carboxylated styrene-butadiene emulsion. It provides excellent tensile strength, water- and solvent resistance. This low foaming, soft, resilient hand grade is mechanically stable and can be easily sprayed. It is faster curing and imparts good adhesion to a wide variety of fibers. It is used as a primary binder for nonwoven and textile applications. Rovene® 5550 is used for pressure sensitive adhesives, bonding wet wipes, polishing pads, filters, and facial scrub pads.
