VINNAPAS® 4019 E by Wacker is a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer. It is a white to light beige colored solid polymeric binder. Polyvinyl alcohol is used as a protective colloid/ emulsifier system. Provides excellent adhesion and superior water resistance. Adhesion after water immersion remains on a high level. It is suitable for formulating compounds of high ultimate strength. VINNAPAS® 4019 E is highly recommended for the production for adhesion over plywood and other buildings and construction adhesives.
