    Dr. Thomas Schlosser - Head of Applied Technology Adhesives & Sealants, Evonik Industries AG

    Dr. Schlosser obtained his Ph.D. in organosilicon chemistry from Technical University of München. After joining Degussa in 1996, he worked in R&D and Applied Technology for organofunctional silanes providing a wide variety of market solutions. Since 2004, he has focused on the adhesives and sealants business with an initial interest in R&D and Applied Technology for organofunctional silanes, and the subsequent inclusion of the AEROSIL® fumed silica and SIPERNAT® precipitated silica products. Within Evonik Industries AG, he currently holds the position "Head of Applied Technology Adhesives & Sealants".
