Risun 30000T

Risun 30000T by Risun Polymer is a low monol silyl terminated polyether with trifunctional methoxy groups. This new silane modified STPP resin can be catalyzed to cross link with various chemicals that are well known, however extra vinyl silane needs to be added in compounding. It has been developed to take the advantage of high molecular weight polyether polyols which can be reacted as well as capped with silane based chemicals to produce very clear, reactive, stable resin that can be diluted with plasticizers such as mesamoll, DIDP to a level of 80% (ratio plasticizer to resin) with good properties. The advantage of this resin is that a high level of DBTDL plasticizer can be added and the sealant cures with no residual surface tack. Risun 30000T uses epoxy silanes as well as secondary amino silanes for superior adhesion as construction sealants and designed to be used with precipitated calcium carbonate to formulate other harder joint sealants.
