Bodo Möller Chemie and CABB are entering into a partnership to expand its CASE (coatings, adhesives, sealants and elastomers) portfolio in European business with specialty dianhydrides. The CABB Group develops and manufactures high-performance dianhydrides, active ingredients, and superior intermediate goods.
CABB specializes in manufacturing highly complex, client-specific molecules for leading companies, especially in the fields of crop science, life science and performance materials.
Versatile Applications of CABB Dianhydrides
Dianhydrides such as BTDA (3,3′,4,4′-Benzophenone tetracarboxylic dianhydride) are used as hardeners (curing agents) for epoxy resins or as comonomers for polyimides to produce polymers with exceptional thermo-mechanical and electrical insulation properties.
