XlynX Materials’ New Molecular Adhesive for Bonding Dissimilar Materials XlynX Materials’ new fluorine-free molecular crosslinker BondLynx BXW-202, can now be used to bond dissimilar high- and low-surface-energy polymer materials.

In lap shear tests comparing BondLynx BXW-202 to conventional polyurethane adhesives tailored for polymer bonding, BondLynx BXW-202 has consistently outperformed the competition across various dissimilar material bonding applications.

Stronger Bonding for Polyolefins

Regardless of the combination of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), polyethylene (PP), nylon, polyamid (PA), or polyvinyl chloride (PVC) materials, BondLynx BXW-202 provides stronger bonding for polyolefins than conventional adhesives. This adhesive innovation introduces possibilities for diverse material combinations and applications.
