BYK® -1786

BYK® -1786 by BYK is a VOC and APEO-free emulsion of hydrophobic solids and foam-destroying polysiloxanes. Acts as a defoamer for aqueous systems applied with airless or airmix methods. It has no impact on transparency, haze and cratering. Shows easy incorporation and good compatibility. It can be used in Ecolabel compliant adhesive and sealant formulations. Recommended dosage level of BYK® -1786 is 0.1-1%. It has a shelf life of 36 months at 20°C.
