RHEOBYK® -7650

RHEOBYK® -7650 by BYK is a solid, non-dusting, biocide-, VOC-, APEO-, and tin-free associative thickener (HEUR) for aqueous systems. It is suitable for use in highly polar and aqueous binder systems.

It optimizes the storage stability and offers excellent balance between flowability and sag resistance.
It increases the viscosity in the low to medium shear range with an extremely low impact in the high shear range.
It shows pseudoplastic flow behavior.
It offers excellent processability when combined with RHEOBYK®-7690.
It has no negative effect on gloss or color acceptance.
It is suitable for adhesive and sealants.
Recommended dosage level is 0.05-0.5% based on the total formulation.
RHEOBYK® -7650 has a shelf life of 36 months.
