Chiguard® U-988

Chiguard® U-988 by Chitec Technology is a blend. Acts as a ultraviolet (UV) light stabilizer. Provides good initial color, excellent thermal and light stability in the processing, light and weather induced degradation. Protects from the damage of UV light. It has excellent solubility in polyol and exhibits non-yellowing property during baking stage. Used for stabilizing polyolefins, styrenics and urethanes. Chiguard® U-988 is suitable for use in adhesives, sealants and foam and use levels is between 0.2% and 1%.
