AMICURE® UR7/10

Amicure® UR7/10 by Evonik is a substituted urea-based accelerator for dicyandiamide cured epoxy resins. It is a finely grounded version of Amicure® UR accelerator. It is supplied as a micro pulverized crystalline solid which is easily dispersible into liquid epoxy resin. It combines excellent latency at ambient temperature with rapid cure in systems heated above its activation temperature. It offers good one-component shelf stability, high glass transition temperature and good flow properties. Amicure® UR7/10 is used for one-component paste and film adhesives. Its recommended usage level (EEW=190) is 0.5–3.0 parts per hundred (phr) with 4.0–8.0 parts per hundred (phr) dicyandiamide.
