Dynasylan® 2201 EQ

Dynasylan® 2201 EQ by Evonik is a bifunctional organosilane possessing a reactive organic ureido group and a hydrolyzable inorganic triethoxysilyl group. It acts as an adhesion promoter and as a surface modifier. It is a bifunctional organosilane possessing a reactive organic ureido group and a hydrolyzable inorganic triethoxysilyl group. Moreover, it is free from ethylcarbamate and carcinogenic by-products. It binds chemically to both inorganic materials (e.g. glass, metals, fillers) and organic polymers (e.g. thermosets, thermoplastics, elastomers). Possesses improved mechanical properties (flexural strength, tensile strength, impact toughness and modulus of elasticity), improved resistance to moisture & corrosion and higher temperature of deflection under load. Dynasylan® 2201 EQ by Evonik is suitable for sealants and adhesives.
