Dynasylan® VTMOEO

Technical Datasheet | Supplied by Evonik
Dynasylan® VTMOEO by Evonik is a vinyltris(2-methoxyethoxy)silane compound. It effectively promotes adhesion and/or modifies surfaces. It is a bifunctional organosilane with a hydrolyzable 2-methoxyethoxysilyl group and a reactive vinyl group. This grade can chemically bond to both inorganic substances (including glass, metals, and fillers) and organic polymers due to the dual nature of its reactivity (such as thermosets, thermoplastics & elastomers). Mineral-filled polymers' mechanical and electrical characteristics are enhanced by it, particularly after being exposed to moisture. This grade has been added to polymer dispersions (such styrene acrylics) to boost wet adhesion strength and wet scrub resistance. Dynasylan® VTMOEO is listed on ECL, EINECS/ELINCS, AICS, DSL/NDSL, PICCS, TSCA, IECS, REACH and ENCS. This product has a minimum shelf life of 12 months.
