Mercap 200 by Imerys is a surface modified clay and a filler. It is based on medium particle size kaolin, coated with sulfur silane to enhance properties in rubber. Its applications include rubber extrusions, rubber moldings, rubber processing and rubber flooring. Mercap 200 is recommended for cable insulation, cable sheath, hose, footwear, flooring, seals, gaskets and tires.
