DENACOL® GEX-521

DENACOL® GEX-521 by Nagase ChemteX is a specialized, multi-functional, aliphatic-type epoxy crosslinking agent. It possesses a high crosslinking density and moderate viscosity. It is produced by the glycidyl etherification of palm oil-based polyglycerol using palm oil-based epichlorohydrin. It can be used as a reactive diluent.
  • It offers high adhesion, high strength, durability, excellent weatherability and heat resistance.
  • Its unique chemical structure enables it to form stronger bonds, making it more resistant to chemical and physical degradation.
  • Owing to the high reactivity of the epoxy group, DENACOL® GEX-521 is suitable for extremely diverse applications.
  • It is recommended for waterborne systems and adhesives applications.
