DENACOL® GEX-614B

DENACOL® GEX-614B by Nagase ChemteX is a tetrafunctional, aliphatic-type epoxy crosslinking agent. It is produced by the glycidyl etherification of corn-based sorbitol using palm oil-based epichlorohydrin. It offers fast-curing speeds, high crosslinking density, high viscosity, high adhesion, high strength and durability.
  • Its unique chemical structure enables it to form stronger bonds, making it more resistant to mechanical wear, heat, weathering, chemical and physical degradation.
  • Due to the high reactivity of the epoxy group, DENACOL® GEX-614B is suitable for extremely diverse applications.
  • It can be reacted with standard epoxy curing agents such as amines, as well as acid functional acrylic resins and specialty curing agents for non-isocyanate (NISO) systems.
  • It is recommended for waterborne system and adhesives (fiber) applications.
