acResin® ZeroPCF A 204 UV by BASF is an UV cross-linkable, biocides-, MOSH-, MOAH- & solvent-free, high-performance acrylic hot-melt polymer.

Exhibits very good shear-, good- tack & peel properties, excellent cohesion and shows resistance to chemicals, water, heat, aging & weathering.
It is renewable, reliable, cost-efficient, imparts excellent clarity for transparent films and can be modified with other solid acrylic resins or rosin-based tackifiers.
It is highly eco-efficient due to its significant 100% Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) reduction.
Suitable for formulated & pressure-sensitive adhesives due to low- VOC, fogging and odor.
It is used in durable- & permanent paper labels, specialty tapes, automotive and construction applications.
It also helps in resins or resin-based tackifiers.
acResin® ZeroPCF A 204 UV is safe for food contact applications and possesses good skin compatibility.
It is UL 969 certified and complies with REDcert2.
