HYPOX® RA1340 by Huntsman is a high viscosity adduct of the diglycidyl ether of Bisphenol-A (DGEBA) and butadiene-acrylonitrile (CTBN) elastomer. The elastomer improves the toughness and impact, thermal shock and peel resistance of the DGEBA resin. It is compatible with all standard epoxy resins and curing agents. HYPOX® RA1340 is used in automotive mastic and general use industrial adhesives.
