KURARAY LIR-700

KURARAY LIR-700 by Kuraray is a liquid hydrogenated isoprene rubber for adhesives. It functions as a reactive plasticizer but have far higher molecular weight than normal plasticizer. It is co-vulcanizable and reduces migration significantly which improves the products shelf life. It shows good compatibility with NR latex, NR latex and SBR latex. It improves tack and adhesive properties in a wide range of temperatures. KURARAY LIR-700 results in a product with lower processing costs. It is colorless, transparent and odorless without halogen residuals. During the rubber compounding phase, it significantly reduces processing time while maintaining the rubber compounds physical properties.
