Adhesives ingredients supplied by Stepan Company
TERATE® is a family of robust, high-performing aromatic polyester polyols. They deliver superior burn performance and high weight and high-volume retention in fire and smoke testing in polyurethanes and polyisocyanurates. These polyols are available with a variety of functionalities, hydroxyl values, and equivalent weights. They offer advances in ease of processing and efficiency in rigid foam manufacture, as well as improved adhesion to various substrates, including cold adhesion for spray applications.
TERATE® polyols are used for a variety of applications including polyurethane and polyisocyanurate foams as well as in coatings, adhesives, elastomers and sealants.
