Kristalex™ F85

Kristalex™ F85 by Synthomer is a low molecular weight, thermoplastic hydrocarbon polymer. It is designed as a water-clear, color-stable, low molecular weight tackifier. Suitable for automotive, building and construction, caulks, sealants and hot-melt adhesives. Also used in laminating, nonwovens, pressure sensitive adhesives, solvent-borne adhesives, tapes and labels. Shows good thermal stability and intermediate softening point. Compatible with SBR and styrene-based block copolymers, neoprene, nitrile, polybutadiene, acrylic polymers, chlorinated rubber and EVA resins. Kristalex™ F85 is also compatible with styrenated alkyds, vinylated alkyds, drying oil alkyds and rosin ester resins.
